PAN European Technology Energy Research Approach (PANTERA) is a coordination and support action funded under Horizon 2020, which aims at setting up a European forum composed of Research & Innovation stakeholders active in the fields of smart grids, storage and local energy systems. The long-term objective of PANTERA is to strengthen R&I activities throughout Europe with special focus on the countries that appear to be less involved and thus build solidarity and trust for a well-functioning and resilient European energy system.
The main outcome of PANTERA is development and deployment the European Interconnection for Research Innovation & Entrepreneurship (EIRIE) platform supporting the broad community of stakeholders. EIRIE aims at providing tools and functionalities for the needed access to knowledge, information and data.
